When you use AEO Track, we collect the website URL and brand name you submit for scanning. If you provide an email address, we use it solely to deliver your scan report. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Run the AI visibility scan you requested
• Generate and deliver your report
• Send your report link via email (if email provided)
• Process your payment through Stripe

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Scan data and reports are stored on Vercel infrastructure and Neon Postgres. Report PDFs are stored on Vercel Blob. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We retain scan reports indefinitely so your report URL remains accessible.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Neon — database
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Sentry — error monitoring

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for essential functionality (e.g., analytics and session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your scan data by contacting us. Note that once a report URL is shared, we cannot control access by recipients.
