1. Service Description

AEO Track provides AI visibility audits for websites. Each scan probes multiple AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) with questions relevant to your industry and audits your site's AI readability. Results are delivered as a web-based report with optional PDF download.

2. Payment & Pricing

AEO Track operates on a one-time payment model. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. No subscription is created. Scan credits (for multi-scan packs) never expire.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your scan results, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Refund requests after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to audit
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute scan results programmatically
  • Submit malicious URLs or content designed to exploit our scanning infrastructure
  • Resell scan credits without written permission

5. Report Accuracy

AI model responses are non-deterministic. Scan results represent a point-in-time snapshot and may vary between scans. AEO Track does not guarantee that implementing suggested fixes will result in AI model citations. We provide data and recommendations — actual results depend on many factors outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

Your scan reports are yours. You may share, publish, or embed them freely. The AEO Track platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

AEO Track is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the scan.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
